Refunds accepted on unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase with our original receipt. All other returns, outside of these guidelines, may be handled with an exchange or a store credit at current value.

The following vendors require for our customers to send any damaged or defective merchandise directly back to them. Omega Sports can not exchange used, damaged or defective items from The North Face, Rainbow Sandals, Garmin, Jansport, Polar and Oakley Sunglasses. These products must be sent directly back to the vendor so that they can make a decision on whether to repair or replace the item.

Our vendors also require for our customers to send back any used performance tennis racquets priced at $50 or more directly back to the vendor. Omega Sports will be happy to help you with the Return Authorization number and will be happy to help with the return address and phone number.

All used performance baseball/softball bats priced at $100 or more must be sent back directly to the vendor. The vendor will make the decision on whether to replace the bat per the warranty guidelines on the bat. Warranty information may also be found on the vendor’s websites.

14 day waiting period for returns on checks.

Note – returns may require the customer’s full name and phone number. Omega Sports reserves the right to refuse any returns if they don’t meet our return requirements.
